So I have been running cPanel 10 and when I am in the Backup module, and I click on Full Backup, I am properly taken to a screen that has Generate a Full Backup and also dropdown menus to generate a FTP backup.

This has worked properly for months.

A couple days ago when I went through my normal backup ritual (I do an automated FTP, but like to manually generate a full download to my desktop weekly) and went to the Full Back up page, only part of the page presents only:

“Full Backup

A Full Backup will allow you to create an archive of all the files and configurations on your website. You can only use this to move your account to another server, or to keep a local copy of your files. You cannot restore Full Backups through your cPanel interface.

Backups Available for Download:”

And it no longer shows my previous Full Backup links, nor the dropdown menus for FTP or ability to even click a link for any Backup. I only see the description noted above in quotes.

So I upgraded to cPanel 11. And I have the same problem being present.

Agggggg. What is going on? What am I missing? What can I do? Where are my links and dropdown menus??

THANKS!!!!!!

I do not believe there is anything in the error log related to this. I am not 100% certain though as I do not know what these errors mean, but they seem related to other matters.

I have the occasional error that appears twice a day for the past couple days:

[Tue Dec 4 14:05:47 2007] [error] PHP Warning: Wrong parameter count for stripslashes() in /home/myproduc/public_html/joinnow.php on line 876

And I have multiple occurrences of the following errors which occur every day:
[Tue Dec 4 19:17:30 2007] [error] [client 76.233.86.139] File does not exist: /home/myproduc/public_html/404.shtml
[Tue Dec 4 19:17:30 2007] [error] [client 76.233.86.139] File does not exist: /home/myproduc/public_html/favicon.ico
[Tue Dec 4 17:55:56 2007] [error] [client 74.6.24.147] File does not exist: /home/myproduc/public_html/robots.txt

Other than that, no other errors noticed. Thanks!
