I was wondering if anyone experienced this problem.

A customer created a full backup via cPanel -> Generate Full Backup

It grabs all the user data except the databases.
The database file user_db.sql existed however the file was empty.
I checked their database and it had actual data in it.

Weird thing is if you do a cPanel -> mysql download
    this works.

    Anyone else experience this?

got the same problems.. I recently had to move several of my accounts to another server.

When restoring the Home Back ups, it restored everything except the databases.

I needed to download each database manually one by one, and restore them manually.. and then manually create the mysql users for them.

I am not sure what the deal is.

(must be root) If you run /scripts/pkgacct username it will create a cpmove-user.tar.gz file to import into whm / cpanel.

    That grabs the db's.
Why the heck doesn't the full backup grab the db's when the same file generates the backup?
/script/pkgacct <-- that does the full backup as well.

I guess ill have to do some testing...

I do believe, if you are running rull backups via whm, that you need to specify the mysql backup paramaters as well in the config backup menu.
