    Hello,

I have two servers with WHM/cPanel, I want to transfer one site from the old server to the new one.

I've backed-up the account of the old site that I want to transfer, and then unziped it in the new server but only files transferred. emails and subdomains didn't !!

I can see all email accounts folders and fiels (messages) in directory view under root tree in email folder but the accounts are not created in the new cpanel !!

    thanks in advanced

What happens if you use the transfer account tools from within the new servers WHM? That would be the preferred way to move the account. Not even sure what you mean about unzipping on new server. Are you trying to move in the account manually? What sort of backup did you do? (You don't mention this)

I did full backup for that account and downloaded the zipped backup then uploaded it into the new server and unzipped it

In your WHM, type the word Backup into the top left search tool. In the results find the link to Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file and click.

On that page you'll see a listing of where to place that full backup on your server so that you can use the Restore tools cPanel provides.

If you have root access to both servers, then go and try whm transfer. or else another option is to login to the shell of the old server and

    run /scripts/cpbackup username

scp it to the new server

old server [/home]$ scp backupfile root@newserverIP/home

once the scp is completed, login to the whm of the new server

    Backup >> Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file

provide the username of the account which needs to be transferred and click 'Restore"

    Thats it ... :)
