    Hello :)

Do you notice any error messages in the cPanel error log when you attempt to restore the database? The cPanel error log can be found at:

    Code:
    /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
If you do not notice any error messages, it's possible the tables from the databases were not fully backed up. I suggest opening a support ticket so we can check to see if that is the case:

    Submit A Ticket

    Thank you.
