Fully Responsive Websites - using sitebuilder

I'm using Site Builder available from within cPanel. I'm having an issue with how my website respond to different screen layouts. How can I make it fully responsive?

Is there anything in cPanel that can assist with responsiveness?

With the site builder you'd have to manually customize the themes if you're unhappy with their responsiveness. There are a ton of other plugins available for cPanel which offer responsive sitebuilder templates as well. You might check into WordPress, with a responsive theme to resolve the issue.
