Function Mail (PHP), it doesn't work!

    Function Mail (PHP), it doesn't work!

    Hello!
    Initially, don't repair my English because it is very bad.

    I am having the following problem:
    I created a bill through WHM for my main site.
    I use in my forms the function mail of the php.
    Only that when I will test the script to send the form everything goes well, only that the e-mail doesn't arrive to me.
    Oh I enter in the (Manage Mail Queue), of WHM and the sent e-mails are there.
    One of the messages that has there is the following:
