gd Install Failed

    I tried system update on fedora..i get this:

    when i was in RH9 there was no problem with this....
    exim does not load, keepes saying failed....any suggestions??? how do i upgrade fedora? or how do i reinstall fedora?

    i just went back to RH9....no problems so far

    The error suggests that you're missing library files for one or more of "gd png z freetype jpeg m X11 Xpm". You'll have to track down the rpm for the library file and install it. For example, png: this is provided by libpng which comes with the libpng-devel rpm.

    Correct, Fedora's rpm/yum needs fixed if that happens
    Doing
    /scripts/ensurerpm xorg-x11-devel
    has fixed it in at least one case.
