Is it really that easy to get cpanel/whm installed and working?

Install cpanel/whm on a clean *nix box and configure a few things here and there and your up and running?

What about DNS? doesn't cpanel/whm modify a DNS server? Where is the DNS server supposed to come from? I don't your ISP will let you modify their DNS servers so does that mean you need your own dedicated DNS server? Or just have DNS installed on the same server that your installing cpanel/whm on?

Otherwise, cpanel/whm really looks straight forward to get up and running. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, it is very easy to install and configure cPanel/WHM on a dedicated server.

Also DNS server is included with cPanel/WHM installation. You can easily configure your DNS from WHM.
