When I used it from WHM to generate a CSR for a domain that already had SSL
(I used it for a second one, renewal) it also put the self-signed as the new certificate.

So a site which already had a normal issued certificate, when I had generate a new one,
without using "Install a SSL Certificate and Setup the Domain", just generate,
it also installed the self-signed certificate and dropped the existing normal one.

Is that normal behavior or a kind of bug ? :confused:
Made me searching the normal issued certificate again all night.

I haven't tested what you explain (maybe I have time later today to test) but...

When you need to renew a certificate you can use the original CSR (signing Request), which you find in:
WHM-> SSL/TLS -> SSL Key/Crt Manager

The described behavior was changed in 11.38 (now in our EDGE tier).
