Generated Private Key Fields are Blank

I'm having an issue where I attempt to generate a private key (as the first step in installing an SSL cert), and the generated fields show up blank. After trying to generate a key several times, the "Keys on Server" section still states, "There are no keys on the server."

Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you!
