You know how GoDaddy has their own parking? You just add their nameservers and it points to a page that says the domain was recently bought at Godaddy. Is there a way to set up a page that if people used my nameservers and there wasn't an account set up from them, it would say something generic, like this domain is parked at <mysite>?

The simplest way would be to either use an unused domain name or a subdomain off of your main account and create a cPanel account for it. Then park any domains that use your DNS servers but don't have a website against that account. You can then whatever web pages you want people to see.
