i purchased hosting service through exovian.com (which by the way never answers or returns my call.)
i don't know how cpanel works, but i have been using it.

it worked great until a few days ago,
when i try to log on to cpanel, i get following error message

"Please Run xpapp.sh before using Cpanel XP and CpanelAPP"

now, i'm guessing that the hosting company must have done something wrong.. i guess they must have tried to upgrade something. but i don't know anything about hosting... so..

    well my question is simple..
is there anything that "I" can do to fix this issue?
because i have been trying to contact the hosting company for several days, but couldn't
i've called them, left messages, sent emails.

i access my cpanel to this address http://www.mcminkoo.com/cpanel
after i try to log in, i'm at
    http://www.mcminkoo.com2082/frontend/cpanelxp2004/index.php
    and. get error message.

please help. i am so frustrated..

    min kang.

There is nothing you or anybody here can do. Your host has to resolve this. If you can't contact them in that amount of time, you may want to consider finding a new host.
