get rid of verification

    I'm using cpanel via horde.Lately, each person who send an e-mail to me gets a verification
    mail. If They don't reply I GET NO MAIL.
    My webmaster told me that the box trapper is disabled.
    Please help!

    Thanks, nickp666, but how do I disable this then? In the documentation it says:
    "1 To access the Mail Menu, click on the icon above the word Mail on the main screen of your cPanel interface.
    2 Click on BoxTrapper Spam Trap"
    but there is no BoxTrapper in my mail options, only SpamAssassin (and that is disabled)?! :eek:

    Your only option, as nickp666 suggested, is to get you host to have a closer look. There's nothing else you can do.
