Thanks, nickp666, but how do I disable this then? In the documentation it says:
"1 To access the Mail Menu, click on the icon above the word Mail on the main screen of your cPanel interface.
2 Click on BoxTrapper Spam Trap"
but there is no BoxTrapper in my mail options, only SpamAssassin (and that is disabled)?!

Your only option, as nickp666 suggested, is to get you host to have a closer look. There's nothing else you can do.
