get subdomain with www.

For a week I am trying to access http://jcgastronomia.viashop.com.br through http://www.jcgastronomia.viashop.com.br
Tried to park, unpark etc. but the maximum I get is redirect http://www.jcgastronomia.viashop.com.br to www.viashop.com.br
HELP

Hi,

1- Edit your httpd.conf and find the line of subdomain jcgastronomia.viashop.com.br

2- Add the line ServerAlias *.jcgastronomia.viashop.com.br before &/VirtualHost&

3- Save it and restart your apache server.
