Getting a users name and pass into PerlDesk

I get emails everyday saying my user name and password aint workin for perldesk support. They dont know that they have to register for perldesk as well as hosting. Its kinda a pain to sign up for hosting, domain registration, and now PerlDesk. Do any one know how to insert a clients user name and password into PerlDesk so they dont have to register?

Last I looked, this was a cPanel support forum. If you're that concerned about it, you should either a) do it for them so they don't have to waste ten seconds of their life or b) check in at the perldesk forums.
