Hey guys, for one of my school project we have to create an e-commerce website. I got everything done and working properly the only issue is I been doing it through xampp with its apache to display all my files. I got the database part in cpanel but what exactly do I do with all the php/html/css files I have? How do I upload everything onto cpanel and create an actual website?

My professor told us we don't actually need to buy a domain or hosting service as the cpanel is using our universities' server which takes care of all that.

Assuming you have access to that cPanel account, you could use the cPanel File Manager to upload your website's files to the public_html directory.
