Getting an error with bandmin and iptables

I keep getting emails 2 an hour with the following error over and over again:

iptables v1.2.8: can't initialize iptables table `filter': iptables who? (do you need to insmod?)
Perhaps iptables or your kernel needs to be upgraded.

I didn't do the initial build of the kernel or the cpanel system, but have been told the kernel was built without iptables supported.

No I'm trying to figure out what to do about these emails.

Any suggestions?

Its been a week with no replies

I'm still getting 2 emails an hour with the errors mentioned in my previous post. Has anyone else ever had this happen? I imagine there is a way to get bandmin to stop with the iptables stuff. I'm really starting to get frustrated by the emails.
