Getting error while trying to access cpanel

    Hello,

    Getting below error while trying to access cpanel.

    Hi -

    Which version of cPanel/WHM are you using? I noticed you have a fairly old version (5.6.2) of perl on your server.

    I believe this will be handled best by allowing us to investigate directly via a support request where we may assist with inspecting the surrounding details involved and properly diagnose the issue; the links in my forums signature may be used to initiate a ticket submission. When available, please let me know the ticket ID number (e.g, via a PM) so I may follow-up internally.

    Please first upgrade to the most recent build; this will ensure you receive the latest fixes and it will help greatly to rule-out any issues that have since been corrected.

    I recommend using the following command, via root SSH access, to perform the update to ensure consistency in the cPanel installation:
