There was an error while processing your request: Cpanel::Accounting returned [HTTP/1.0 401 Access Denied Still Working]

I have 4 servers, this is only happening on this one server. I go to configure cluster, enter the name, enter the RA Key.. And then this error comes up..

    Anyone have any ideas??

    Server is running:
    WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.1-R113
    CentOS 4.2 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

Removing the server from cluster and readding should help.
