Getting errors from mail test sites -mxtoolbox

Hi There,
I keep on getting this issue from mxtoolbox smtp test and don't know how to fix it.
I'm very new to Cpanel, would really appreciate the guidance.

Test Result
SMTP Reverse DNS Mismatch Warning - Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner More Info
SMTP TLS Warning - Does not support TLS. More Info
SMTP Transaction Time 15.662 seconds - Not good! on Transaction Time More Info

I running courier and exim in Cpanel.

You need to fix the reverse dns dns issue or you will not be able to send any emails to other servers or your emails will be flagged as spam it might also cause your server to be listed in blacklists.To fix this you must add a dns PTR record that matches your server hostname to your dns server.If you don't understand ask your datacenter.

Regarding the other issues did you configure a firewall ? it looks like your smtp stuff is being blocked

Please contact your hosting provider or data center and request that they setup a RDNS record for your main IP address that matches the hostname of your server.
