Hi
For a while now I've been helping out managing part of a reseller's efforts using cPanel and designing a website.
Due to space limitations I redirected the web stuff to another server via DNS options available via cPanel.
Some time later, in error, I changed the cPanel theme to X v2.60 which I believe is a very early version. It doesn't have the options to change either the theme or the DNS. I need to be able to get back to a later theme and change the DNS back.
I'm unsure how to deal with this problem.
I don't have any access other than the cPanel interface and FTP - no WHM, no rWHM, no SSH etc etc.
I've looked at the .cpanel directory but I can't figure out any change I can make to get back into a later theme and continue. Is that at all possible?
Or do I email the reseller and see if he can change the theme back? Is it likely he would have WHM access or is it likely he wouldn't?
Advise please.
Thanks in advance
