since a week one email account doesnt work any more

i have a mail adres that is fd-t@djhost.nl. and i created a pop3 login for it..
sending mail with outlook works just fine. but when someone reply i dont get the message.. i never get any messages for that account.

everything worked fine until i sended out the 250 news emails for users from my site. i sended this with a php program and since then i cant recieve any mails anymore.. every other account works perfect. even recreate or forward the adress doesnt work..

i'm the admin of this server so i have shell acces.. is the a blacklist in cpanel or sow?

    Grz

Firstly, make sure that the email POP3 account is not overquota. I'd then suggest that you send an email to the account from an external source and watch it process (on a Linux server) using:

    tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog

You should then get more information on the reason for failure.

IF they're not in the mail queue (in which case they will be delivered in due course), then they're more than likely lost.
