Giving limited acces to client, while having full access in root

I need to have full access to my client cPanel, but limiting their access only to e-mails, and stuf;

Currently I've managed to limit their access, but then I don't have full access, can't I login with a Root account on their cPanels?

I use WHM at GoDadaddy

There are no native features that allow for multiple access levels or users for cPanel itself. There is an active feature request for this at:
