Giving Resller Shell access to regular user accounts

Greetings,

My resellers are unable to browse their associated user accounts when using shell access. Browsing their own files is no problem.

I would like them to be able to modify files in the /home/user/public_html accounts, using shell, for all their associated 'regular' user accounts.

Can this be done?

Yes it can, change the owner of public_html to la, then add the user reseller to the group la then they will be able to modify things in public_html

I want the current account owner to remain the owner of the files but also have the reseller be able to mod them. If I add both these users to the same group, will the reseller be able to edit as well?
