I have setup a third party to help me manage the support tickets i was wondering if there is a way to setup a more secure limited access to WHM so i don't give them full access.

You can add the support desk user in the sudo with the special priveleges option, so that user can use run specific commands only and for WHM you can create the reseller accounts with the option which you would like to given to your support ticket users....

    Howdy,

Also you might consider adding bash logging. Just in case.

    Thanks!
