Ok first off I know this is a security thing, but its for my own personal site.

I have a server with cPanel that I just added a new domain name. I have a script I would like to add to the site that would allow me to add/edit/delete any file in the website via a web browser. This is a custom written php page and whenever I try to save a file I get a permission error. How can I tell the system to allow the website to be able to edit any file in this directory?
