I hired a new dedicated server to have a own hosting, I do not have much experience with dedicated server datacenter not answer my tickets and I don't know what to do... I checked my ips they are not in blacklist, one guy say to me and advice me to configure my exim with ip rotation, this problem occour always and my clients send email to yahoo and gmail

How I resolve this?

I hired a new dedicated server to have a own hosting, I do not have much experience with dedicated server datacenter not answer my tickets and I don't know what to do... I checked my ips they are not in blacklist, one guy say to me and advice me to configure my exim with ip rotation, this problem occour always and my clients send email to yahoo and gmail

Please do not post the same question multiple times. Your first post was moderated, which is why you may not have seen it. I have merged both posts into a single thread.

The best thing for you to do is to contact Gmail and Yahoo! directly using the links they give you in the rejection message. Large mail hosts like Gmail and Yahoo! have their own internal policies for what is considered spam and what is not, and only they can tell you exactly why your mail is being rejected and what you can do about it. Unfortunately, no one in this forum has any control over this, and only the mail provider that is rejecting your mail can tell you exactly why they are doing so, and what you can do about it.

It is possible that you may need your data center to contact Gmail and Yahoo! on your behalf, because when it comes to abuse complaints, mail providers sometimes want to work with the data center instead of with the server owner. This is a very basic function of a data center or hosting provider, and they should be willing and able to help you. That is something you need to consider carefully when you choose a hosting provider or data center.

We have seen this recently on many servers, it looks like Gmail try to make better spam solution for their users, while they block many legitimate email senders. I hate Google...

Gmail and Yahoo! are the entities blocking mail from your server. Only they can tell you exactly why they are blocking mail from your server. There is no single reason they may be doing this; they may do this based on any of many possible reasons. Anything other than contacting Gmail and Yahoo! directly to ask why they are blocking your mail, is simply guessing and is almost always unproductive.

If you send bulk mail from your server, you need to look very carefully at whether the recipient e-mail addresses have truly opted in or not. Question your customers who send mail from your server, if you do not fully understand the nature of the mail they send. Rotating IP addresses is not something that you should need to do if your outgoing mail is legitimate.

Google, and all those who use google for email filtering, are the primary problem here.

I understand their need to block IPs, but what they're actually doing is blocking ENTIRE IP ranges! Add to that google has a crappy and non-existent way of attempting to be removed from their list. Short answer: don't bother trying to contact google to fix it... they won't reply, ever.

The kicker? I'm having this same problem, again, and I know for a fact no spam is coming from my server, but because it's in the same IP range as someone else who is spamming, I get blocked. #$^@$% google and their "do no evil" BS.

Oh, and I have 4 unused IP addresses on that server, that I've never used before... those are blocked as well, so that whole message from google about an unusual rate blah blah blah from your IP address is just more bull**** from google.
