Gmail "connection refused"

i cant connect my email account thats created in cPanel into my gmail, i used the email that created as username and everything thats in the tutorial and the gmail gives me an error that connection refused
when trying to add the mail from cPanel it says :
There was a problem connecting to REDACTED
The error returned by the server: "Connection refused"
thats the error i get , i followed tutorial step by step and got this error i dont know why please help me

Hey there! You may need to reach out to your hosting provider to see if they are blocking any of the common email ports on your server, as I was not able to reach port 25 on your system using the domain name you originally provided. Can you speak with them to see if there are alternate ports you could use?
