    Hi,

For some reason, whenever someone sends email to a gmail email account from our server, it's sent to the person's gmail Junk Mail Folder. Is there a way to make sure that it's sent to their Inbox?
We use MS Outlook for email.

    Thanks for any help!

All these issues depend on certain requirements of the email providers.
    * The domain from where mail is send should have a valid rDNS record.
    * The sender domain should also have a valid SPF record.

These are some of the basic checks .

Some email providers filter messages based on content, subject line and may
put the email into the recipient's bulk mail folder. It depends on the spam
filters at the recipient's end. Depending on the spam filters at the
recipient's end and based on content and subject line of the mail, at time
they may consider legitimate e-mails as spam and deliver it to junk folder.

So one option is to craft the message carefully.
You can also contact the receipient and ask them to whitelist your IP.
