Gmail stopped working for outgoing mails?

Hello
i have a email using cpanel which is configured to be received on my gmail app android so i can receive the messages and reply from gmail app without log in cpanel. From yesterdya, it just stopped working, whiel the incoming mails are working, the outgoing mails are on queue and i get the message ''ERROR'' without any other specifications, so i checked again all the settings which are user and password correct, server smtp is mail.mydomain.it port 587 type os security STARTTLS all certificate,
so what elese can i check?

Check that the IP server is not blocked in the "RBL" ......................HOW DO I DO THAT???
Check Mail Queue Manager on whm for emails left in the queue. .................AND THAT TOO??

Hello, @vp2018,

There are some great online tools that will show you if you are blocked in any of the major blacklists. My two personal favorites are these:

The MXToolbox page gives very nice output that is easy to read, along with helpful links for each blacklist if you are listed. The MultiRBL page is a more complete list of areas you could be blacklisted from, but I like to check both areas just to make sure things are working well.

The WHM >> Mail Queue Manager page will show you what is currently happening in the server's mail queue. If there is a large backup of messages that can affect mail coming in and going out of the server.

If those areas of the system don't give you any more details you could always try checking the /var/log/maillog and /var/log/exim_mainlog files while you try and make your connection from the app, to see if either of those areas show problems with the connection or login.

If that doesn't provide you with better information, contacting the developer of the app may be the best way to go, as they might be able to provide a way to get you more details than just a generic error message.

OK I just tried the https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx and i get all green with just 3 negative results called
TIMEOUTASPEWS

but the second part about checking queued emails how do i that? i just check emails from cpanel horde mail, so once i enter the webmail how do i searche the queue manager? i looked athe info:
View queued emails
To view messages queued on your server, perform the following steps:

  1. Enter the search term conditions for your query.
    1. Enter your search criteria into the Search... text box.
    2. In the Select Querymenu, select the portion of the message to query.
      • If you do not wish to restrict your search to a specific filter, select No Filter.
    3. In the Search Type menu, select how the search function matches your criteria.


but i dotn have any search box, just the search emails box and then what value shoudl i put in??
