Go Daddy Email Receiving but not Sending

    I have several domains all hosted on one GoDaddy server. I have tried to set up an email account for an extra domain, which I have purchased through GoDaddy.

    I used the wizard to set it up, and it all looked normal. However, when I tested it and tried sending an email to the new email address, I get this:
    The error that the other server returned was:
    550 5.1.1 Recipient not found.

    I then tried logging in to webmail and found that I could send emails from the new account, so it looks like I can send but not receive emails on my new account.

    Any ideas why this could be?

    Hello :)

    Please contact GoDaddy's support team for assistance if you do not have root access to this server. They will be able to check the email logs to determine why the message delivery fails.
