I have website hosting with Godaddy and use cpanel email. The outgoing emails are not working. I called Godaddy and they said its a CP problem.

Any one else facing this issue?

    Howdy,

Could we get a log or an error message to work with? Otherwise you could open a ticket with cPanel support and we'd be happy to help.

    Thanks!

The emails get sent out fine, but the other side doesn't receive them. The emails get lost in the CPanel servers. Are the CPanel servers down? Its been like that for 4 days now. Do you know when the issue will be fixed?

    Thanks for your help.

Your account is not hosted by cPanel, your Hosting Provider, GoDaddy runs the cPanel software on their servers. If GoDaddy has an issue with the software like this, they'd open a ticket to cPanel Technical Support. Could you be more specific as to what the issue is they say is a cPanel issue?

As a Website Owner, you're limited as to what you can find out about the problem on your own, you don't have access to system files, email logs. But you can check your domain for problems which would affect email delivery from a website like this one for example:
MX Lookup Tool - Check your DNS MX Records online - MxToolbox

You might find some tips here as well:
How to Keep your Email out of the Spam Folder - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation

Or, feel free to open a ticket directly to cPanel Technical Support as @Eric mentions.

    GL!
