good companies for vps

Can you recommend me any good site where i can buy good vps.
other companies i have tried, after setting up and i send about 30,000- 40,000 the emails will be delayed to deliver.
in most cases it take about 6-12 hours to be deliverd.

That does seem like a large amount of emails, so you should make it clear to the host what your requirements are for mailing to see what hardware they would recommend to support that, along with your sites.
