Good place for dedicated servers or colocating??

Hello,

My server has been down for 7 hours today, and I am only in the 11th hour of the days. Thats just over 33% uptime. This is also not the only time its happened this month. I wont say who my server is with. But i know i wont have happy customers with only 33% uptime. Anyone know if interserver.com is any good? What are the other good places?
