I have a domain hosted under the Bluehost. I have VPS and access to WHM panel.
Let's say this domain is example.com and I created 4 email accounts for this domain.
1 - [email protected]
2 - [email protected]
3 - [email protected]
4 - [email protected]
I bought one seat at Google Apps for the first email account which is [email protected]
I can simple go to gmail.com and then use [email protected] as my username and login. It works perfectly...
Problem is... My other e-mail accounts are not receiving any emails anymore and I am getting bounce back messages.
I have been talking with Google Apps technical service and they are trying to help me. They first tried to set "Split Delivery" on Google Apps admin console but it did not work.
Later when I talked to the Bluehost technical service they said it is impossible to do Split Delivery because bluehost servers will deny incoming emails because all of our MX records for example.com is set for google apps now.
This is the Chat Transcript between me and Bluehost Techincal Support Team
Now he gave me a hope thinking that using WHM panel and editing some stuff can help me but my problem is I have no idea what to do and how to do. This is why I am here and asking you guys for help.
Is there anybody here knows what to do about this ?
Thank you in advance !

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain....
The error that the other server returned was:

(2:21) [Brock] Hi Travis how are you
(2:21) [Travis] I am doing pretty good
(2:21) [Travis] Which domain is having the issues?
(2:21) [Brock] Travis I have a big problem
(2:21) [Brock] example.com is the domain I am having problems with e-mails...
(2:22) [Brock] Let me explain in a short way so you would understand what I mean
(2:23) [Brock] example.com is a company domain and I created 4 email accounts for this domain.
(2:23) [Brock] When I saw this /http://www.bluehost.com/tools/google-apps-for-work
(2:24) [Brock] I decided to buy ONE seat on google apps for the most important email account that domain have which was [email][email protected][/email]
(2:24) [Travis] Oh...I think I know where this goes.
(2:24) [Brock] after this point on all the other email accounts stopped working... For example [email protected] can send emails but won't accept any from any other email services
(2:25) [Travis] Right, that is because the emails for "example.com" are now being routed to Google due to Google Apps being used.
(2:25) [Travis] Unfortunately, there isn't a way (as of right now) to route one email account to Google and have the rest stay with us :(
(2:26) [Brock] After talking to Google Apps guys they said I could try split delivery option via admin settings of google apps account.
(2:26) [Brock] that is a big problem for me Travis :)
(2:27) [Brock] I mean this is a company that needs email accounts and they are waiting for me to print 1000s of bussiness cards and asking if their email accounts are working or not
(2:28) [Travis] You may want to cancel the Google Apps then as we're not able to split delivery :(
(2:28) [Brock] Now I did alot of stuff..... and I have VPS plan with bluehost (I dont know if it matters) and I was wondering if there is any way to work this out ?
[B][COLOR="#FF0000"](2:30) [Travis] You may be able to do that if your domain is using your VPS as the name servers.[/COLOR][/B]
(2:30) [Travis] Beyond doing that though, this type of thing is outside the scope of technical support, sorry :(
(2:31) [Brock] hmm I understand but who can help me if there is something possible via VPS options ?
(2:32) [Travis] I would try the cPanel forums ([url]http://forums.cpanel.net/[/url] and this link: [url]https://www.cpanel.net/products/cpanelwhm/cpanel11/tutorials.html[/url]
[B][COLOR="#FF0000"](2:33) [Brock] do you think it is somehow possible to do it via WHM panel ?[/COLOR][/B]
[B][COLOR="#FF0000"](2:34) [Travis] Yes, you'll probably need to do all of that in the WHM.[/COLOR][/B]
(2:34) [Travis] Those two links should also work for the WHM.
(2:34) [Brock] I have one last question
(2:35) [Brock] is there any solution on the horizon for this matter ? I mean if bluehost is working on it to make other emails to work too ?
(2:36) [Travis] We are actively working on making it so you can setup split delivery on your cPanel
(2:36) [Brock] do you have any idea when it would be possible ?
(2:37) [Travis] Last I heard, it would be within a month or two.
(2:37) [Brock] That's great !
(2:37) [Brock] Thank you for all the information Travis. Have a great day !
