Google Cloud cPanel & WHM installation connection issue

Hey all!

I am having an issue with my cPanel installation from the marketplace image that cPanel has provided.

I have watched the installation and it went successful, however when I try to load the IP followed by :2087 - I receive an error:

This site can’t be reached
x.x.x.x.x refused to connect.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Any idea what is causing this?

Hey there! This is almost certainly a firewall issue on the Google side of things, blocking those ports. Can you ensure all the ports listed here are open in the firewall? How to Configure Your Firewall for cPanel & WHM Services | cPanel & WHM Documentation
