Grabbing mysql dbs........mysql: not found

    Hello!

    Running:
    cPanel 11.25.0-R43473 - WHM 11.25.0 - X 3.9

    cpbackup is putting this into daily mail:

    Grabbing mysql dbs........mysql: not found
    horde.turba_objects horde.horde_prefs horde.kronolith_events horde.kronolith_storage horde.mnemo_memos horde.nag_tasks mysql: not found
    ...Done
    Grabbing mysql privs...Done

    Show tables for "mysql horde":

    This is on FreeBSD 7.2. pkg_info for mysql shows:
    cpanel1# pkg_info | grep -i mysql

    bsdpan-DBD-mysql-4.011 DBD::mysql - MySQL driver for the Perl5 Database Interface

    mysql-client-5.0.90 Multithreaded SQL database (client)

    Things seem to work, but I fear something is not working properly.

    it looks like it's not able to find the database mysql which is really wierd because mysql users, global variables, etc are stored there.

    You could try /scripts/mysqlup --force to force a mysql update. and see if that takes care of the issue
