Greylisting Problems :: Untrusted Outlook.com Ranges

Today I had client calls with issues from Outlook.com hosted email. The biggest problem is that retries are coming from different IPs each time their queue runs, so nothing is getting through.

Ranges from today were limited to 4 that aren't currently in the trusted list:

65.55.169.*
157.56.110.*
157.56.111.*
207.46.100.*

I have run the cPanel update script for trusted hosts, and these are still missed. Please update the list(s) accordingly.

I've relayed this request to the appropriate person in development and will update this thread with more information as it becomes available. In the meantime, you can always add IP addresses via the "Trusted Hosts" tab in "WHM Home » Email » Greylisting".

To update, I see these IP addresses are included in the updated list that's obtained from http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/common_mail_providers/common_mail_provider_ips.json. I downloaded the file to confirm this:
