Since enabling greylisting, several clients have reported that email forwarding from their domain email to an ISP provided email gets rejected.

I would have thought that forwards would bypass the greylisting

Am i missing some settings to allow forwards to external emails

    Hello :)

The following document explains how Greylisting works:

    cPanel - Greylisting

Have you reviewed /var/log/exim_mainlog for the specific messages to see if they were delayed by Greylisting?

    Thank you.

    Hi Michael

I apologise I hadn't reviewed the log, and when I did I see my tests were delivered on the 3rd attempt... I note the two clients that raised this are using the same ISP. I Will look closer at what's happening client side

    Thanks
    Steve
