    Hello

    Is there a way that whm does not change grub2 on centos 7 as we had to remove the first option as it does not start. After i installed and updated whm and rebooted the option was back in the boot menu.

    Whm security advisor notes

    The system kernel is at version “3.10.0-514.el7.x86_64”, but the system is configured to boot version “3.10.0-514.26.2.el7.x86_64”.

    Reboot the system. If the problem persists, check the GRUB boot configuration.

    Hello,

    Could you provide some more information about the specific entry that was automatically modified (e.g. path to the file, specific entries that were changed) so we can attempt to reproduce the behavior? Please also post the output from the following command:

    Code:
    /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/perl -MData::Dumper -MCpanel::Kernel::Status -le 'print Dumper( Cpanel::Kernel::Status::kernel_status(updates => 1));'
    Thank you.
