    Hi there

I am debugging a user's account and want to know where her guestbook entries are physically stored on the server. She is receiving account disk usage warnings but /home/heruserid contains way less than is reported. So I think the guestbook entries may be contributing.

    Thanks in advance

    Nick

It's the /cgi-sys/guestbook.cgi (simple guestbook in cPanel)? If so, it's stored in a file named ".guestbook" in the user's home directory.

Have you tried the disk usage viewing tool in cPanel? That can help sometimes. If it's definitely not space being used in the home directory, there may be other files on the drive owned by that user.
