    Centos 6 and WHM VPS.

Any tips for a cPanel integrateable IPtables graphical user interface - that allows firewall configuration without SSH. i know we need SSH to install it - but we would very much like to not beeing forced to SSH - firewall maintanence etc.

Also any tips to a windows desktop app there can remote monitor and configure the IPtables/netfilter would be very welcome.

    For the following request:

This would be insecure to allow a remote desktop application to configure rules for your server's firewall. Even if such a product does exist, I would not in good conscience be able to recommend ever using it.

CSF and LFD, linked previously by quietFinn, does provide a WHM plugin. Since that would be on the server itself, it would be fine to use for firewall configuration. My concern here isn't that WHM plugin but using any remote application to access your firewall and configure rules for it.
