Any chance of someone writing up a guide to compiling apache by hand? I'd like to modify the source code to add in additional apache patches (ie, lingerd) but it's not possible using WHM. I've already worked out how to compile PHP by hand if someone would like that guide. I generally use a technique of building everything originally in WHM, seeing the options it uses, and building based on them (and once you get them the first time, you can generally skip that step).
