Do you have a user dbmysql which has user ID 0? If so, what is the purpose of that user? Normally, users should not be created with UID 0

Did you create this dbmysql user as UID 0? If so, then that's why the script is alerting you about it. If you want hackcheck to bypass checking for that user, the following discussion might be of interest:
