Has someone found a hack to have web and email for *same* domain on *different* cpanel accounts on *same* server ?

Hello,
does anyone find a solution / manual hack to have web services for a domain handled by a first cpanel account, and the mail services from a second cpanel account (on the same server).
Of course this is possible with 2 servers (but also 2 licenses) and pointing the MX records and the smtp, pop, imap hosts to the second server and the www hosts to the first server.
As cpanel users can have different /home dirs (/home1 , /home2 ....) these homedirs could then be mounted to different disks (SSD/NVMe for web, SATA HD for mail)
Any idea ?
Thanks, Marco

In the situation that a customer wants to manage his mailboxes himself (OK), but that we dont want to give him access to the other functions, such as web space, databases, DNS, etc ...
Till now what we do in this case is that we give it a Package using an appropriate Feature List (limited to mail functions), but we can then ourselves no longer take advantage of these functions :(
For the moment if we have then to add a domain alias, or manage the database of the website or change something in the DNS, we hack by temporarily changing (at night) the Feature list, to put it back in "mail-only" mode afterwards, but we thought that if we could put mail and web on two different accounts we would not have to do these maneuvers.
