    Newbie issue configuring WHM Please help

    I was able to set up WHM on CLoud Linux AWS

    I followed this instruction
    /http://robjscott.com/how-to-set-up-cpanel-whm-on-amazon-web-services/
    How To: Set Up cPanel & WHM on Amazon Web Services | and
    /http://www.contrid.co.za/2014/07/amazon-ec2-nameservers-with-whm/
    Amazon EC2 nameservers with WHM

    I Created my custom name servers at Godaddy and mapped it to my elastic ip adress on amazon ec2

    ns1.domain.net maps to 54.187.xxx.x
    ns2.domain.net maps to 54.186.xx.xxx

    During initial WHM setup i added my custom name server and i used the server ip as an A record.

    I created an account for a client domain.net / domain.net and domain2.com successfully but i cant access the websites.

    I also get an error from intodns.com What exactly am i doing wrong ?

    When I check ns Record reports i get this error Ns Report.png

    Would appreciate any help this point as my websites are down :(

    Hello :)

    It's important to keep in mind the NS Record Report has no bearing on DNS propagation. It's just telling you what name servers are used in your DNS zones. What error messages or issues do you see when using IntoDNS?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Doing a WHOIS lookup on those name servers returns a different set of IP addresses.

    Code:
    $ whois ns1.havilahandhills.net

    Whois Server Version 2.0

    Domain names in the .com and .net domains can now be registered
    with many different competing registrars. Go to http://www.internic.net
    for detailed information.

       Server Name: NS1.HAVILAHANDHILLS.NET
       IP Address: 107.170.101.252

    Code:
    $ whois ns2.havilahandhills.net

    Whois Server Version 2.0

    Domain names in the .com and .net domains can now be registered
    with many different competing registrars. Go to http://www.internic.net
    for detailed information.

       Server Name: NS2.HAVILAHANDHILLS.NET
       IP Address: 188.226.187.170

    Neither are for:

    54.187.126.89
    54.186.68.194

    So I think that's part of your problem.
