Have I been hacked?

Hi everybody, I have been using cPanel for a while now and have no problems, until this morning. I tried to go to my login page this morning and before the login screen came up it went straight to another screen that was some type of website that I have never seen and it was all in Chinese. It would not open up my login screen and I tried it a few times. Does this mean that someone has been trying, or has already achieved, hacking into my cPanel? I really don't know. We don't need to see your website, no. You really should be contacting your Hosting Provider about this though, they can assist you with any problems on the server your account is on.
