Having this values in Exim is risky??

I have a lot of spam bounced emails at the queue and I dont want to wait days for them to be discarded, so I set up this at exim

ignore_bounce_errors_after = 30m
timeout_frozen_after = 1d

what would be the worst that could happen by using low values at the exim server?

I wait comments.

I mean if there is a problem of trashing mails (frozen and bounced ones) earlier, than keeping them in the queue for days.
