Having trouble with Transferring Multiple Account Feature

When I transfer a single account via the single account transfer section, It works and I can select the user to transfer over to another server and it works fine.

But When I try the multiple account transfer, It doesnt even allow me to press account transfer button. Its sort of greyed out to some degree. Any ideas anyone? It shows all the accounts but I can transfer...what the heck is going on!! :mad:

finally talking with cpanel support team, we discover that was a + on the root password, we changed and all work correctly!! strange bug!! jeje.
