Hi, I'm hoping someone has seen this problem before.
A recipient contacted us to say that when they receive email from a particular customer of ours, the message contains the full header in the body. She is sending to them via Squirrel Mail.
Do you know what might cause this? I suggested to the recipient that the problem might be related to the receiving mail server - he says they are using SmarterMail from smartertools.com and that this issue only happens wihen receiving email from our customer.
I'll do some tests to see if the problem happens when she sends to other places but if anyone knows of this problem already I'd be grateful for any info.
She sent tests to me and they look fine. Must be his email client.
